Give every crewmate a job
- Before opening: Choose a crew size in Match Setup, then agree who handles the register, kitchen and dining room.
- During trouble: Name the interruption and who is responding. The rest of the crew can protect the orders already underway.
Divide the service loop before the queue grows
Save the Krusty Krab supports a crew of up to four in Match Setup. A useful starting split is one player on orders, one preparing food and one delivering and clearing tables. With another player, cover the station or cleanup work that is falling behind.
This is a coordination suggestion, not an enforced job assignment. A smaller group can combine roles; the important part is knowing who owns the next unfinished task.
Pass useful information with the order
Tell the kitchen what is missing rather than simply announcing that the restaurant is busy. A tray waiting on a drink needs a different response from an empty patty counter. The floor player can report dirty tables or a customer waiting for the correct delivery while the cook finishes an active meal.
Avoid having everyone start the same unfinished job. If one player is already bringing a ready tray, another can clear a table or prepare the next meal. Short messages about the object and action are easier to use than several players calling for help at once.
Leave someone responsible for service during an interruption
When a villain appears, say who is taking the relevant tool or responding to the warning. If the situation permits, the others can keep existing orders moving. After a damaging attack, confirm which stations need attention before the cook depends on them again.
At closing, divide the active checklist rather than assuming somebody else took the trash out. The next day still depends on the remaining counters, even if most of the restaurant looks clean.
Choose classes around the missing contribution
Character perks help different jobs. Cooking benefits are useful when patties are the delay; cashier or cleanup benefits suit another responsibility. The class roster and perks guide lets the group compare those actual differences before spending Doubloons.
Keep the role split flexible. If the dining room is clear and the kitchen is behind, help the current bottleneck. A shared plan should make the next action obvious without requiring every player to stand at one station for the entire run.
