Save the Krusty Krab Plankton and the Formula Theft
Catch Plankton before he escapes
- Alert: When Save the Krusty Krab warns that Plankton stole the secret formula, interrupt the current chore and chase him.
- Pursuit: Avoid the bear traps he leaves behind and catch him before he gets out. The first tutorial demonstration is handled by Mr. Krabs.
React to the stolen-formula warning
Plankton’s alert changes the immediate priority. Leaving him to finish another ordinary kitchen interaction risks letting the theft continue. Identify his position and move toward the chase rather than treating the banner as background dialogue.
The gameplay below shows the restaurant’s changing jobs and Plankton’s interruption during the run.
Avoid traps while closing the distance
Plankton leaves bear traps that slow the player. Watch the route as you pursue him instead of following directly through every object he drops. The goal is catching him before he exits, not simply reaching the place where the chase started.
In co-op, make it clear who is responding so the group does not abandon every unfinished job without a plan. Another player can keep track of the ready trays or active cooking while the pursuit is handled.
Do not rely on the tutorial rescue every time
Mr. Krabs handles the first Day 2 tutorial demonstration and warns that the crew takes responsibility afterward. Treat that scene as an introduction to the threat, rather than proof that the game will automatically resolve every later theft.
Once Plankton is stopped, return to the actual unfinished restaurant work. Check what was cooking and which ticket was waiting before immediately accepting more orders. The interrupted job has not been completed simply because the alert is gone.
The villain response directory explains how this chase differs from attacks such as Dirty Bubble and Man Ray. The energy guide helps prepare for the extra movement and work across a longer shift.
