Save the Krusty Krab: How to Serve Customers

Last updated 2026-10-22Unofficial player article

Match the meal to its customer

  • Take the order: Use the boat-shaped register to record the customer’s request and send it to the kitchen.
  • Deliver carefully: Carry the completed tray to the matching customer. In Save the Krusty Krab, the correct order bubble turns green before you use Deliver.

Turn the register request into a kitchen job

An arriving customer needs an order taken before the kitchen can prepare the requested meal. Work behind the register and read the thought bubble. Remember whether the ticket needs only a burger or includes drinks and sides from the current menu.

Watch the route from register to kitchen and dining room in this gameplay example. These are separate parts of the same order.

Check the carried tray before crossing the room

Finish the recipe at the assembly station, then pick up the completed tray from the service window. If the tray is still wrong, fix it in the kitchen. Walking it around the dining room does not resolve an ingredient mistake.

Use the burger assembly guide when the problem is cooking or the Ready step. This page’s delivery check begins with a meal that is actually ready to serve.

Wait for the matching green bubble

Several customers can show order bubbles at the same time. Compare the tray with the request and use Deliver when the matching bubble turns green. Do not choose a table simply because it is closest to the service window.

When playing with a crew, a short callout that a particular tray is being delivered helps another player avoid taking over the same job. Someone else can prepare the next meal or clear a finished table instead.

Leave a usable seat behind

After eating, the customer leaves a tray, waste and money. Collect the tip and clear the table so another diner can sit there. The restaurant cleaning guide explains that return trip and the indoor trash bin.

If the last customer has been served but the day has not ended, look for remaining trays and tips before starting another kitchen task. A completed delivery is one step toward closing, rather than a reason to ignore the dining room for the rest of the shift.
